uneven stay, some issues.
slow room service unrealiable minibar
i hoped for more . the room service was slow on several occasions. i also had to call multiple times to get a simple request fulfilled. this was a bit disappointing given the hotel's supposed reputation, the minibar wasn't refilled promptly. it caused some inconvenience, especially after returning from excursions.

great service zest breakfast calm atmosphere broken curtains cleaning standards
the breakfast at zest restaurant was lovely. i noticed it provided a calm and chic atmosphere. sandeep at the ravanne restaurant provided great service. the grey boat water ski, specially sam, gave great assistance.
i saw broken curtains, and despite many requests, repairs didn't happen. cleaning standards did not meet my expectation.

a sweet memory
spacious room comfortable bed turquoise lagoon captivating view
the room was spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the view from the balcony overlooked the ocean. the turquoise lagoon was lovely. we also received complimentary macarons and wine. the breakfast had captivating views of Le Morne mountain. it was a sweet surprise.
the gym equipment seemed old.
